If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive our right to do so later.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreement or work order signed by you and iDEAL Roofing, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Site.
